Refund policy

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds are initiated only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
